What we do
At Taylor Sport Chiropractic & Training we offer a full service Chiropractic office specializing in sports medicine along with a training facility for all levels of athletics.
We have Crossfit group and personal training by Crossfit Certified trainers.
Olympic Weightlifting is also available for athletic performance, the competitive weightlifter, and fitness, coached by a former National Champion Weightlifter.
We pride ourselves on quality programming, trainers and a fun and friendly environment.
SATURDAY Training
CrossFit BAY AREA has complimentary classes at 10am for anyone who wants to try it out.
Team Texas Weightlifting trains at 11am. Open to anyone that would like to watch or train with the team.
