Dr. T's Lifts

OK... here it is. All my lifts from the Arnold Classic on March 6, 2009.

Laura is always saying that I'm not on the blog enough, so here ya' go.

I didn't do as well as would have liked as far as my lifts go, but I did take first place.

I will be competing in the Master's Nationals in 4 weeks and I will do better!!

Thanks to everyone that supports me in this crazy thing that I love so much.

Thanks to David Cho and Jason Starks who have been coaching me the last several months, it has made a huge difference.

I will be putting up more footage from the weekend, as the week goes on!!

I will be out of the office for the next 2 days. I am competing at the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio. I will try and update the blog this weekend.... but I can't make any promises. There will info up Sunday night fore sure!

Saturday Training, 1 week to Arnold!!

This is our last Saturday training session before the Arnold Classic. We have all been training hard in preparation and we are very excited!!!

I actually have a meet 4 weeks after the Arnold that is my big prize, so this will be a practice meet to see where I am at.
